PRODUCED LIVE, MULTIMEDIA FOOD & BEVERAGE EVENT
Produced two-hour, live program held at the Ace Hotel on the history and science of fermented beverages featuring
biomolecular archaeologist Pat McGovern of the University of Pennsylvania and Dogfish Head Ale founder/CEO Sam Calagione.
PRODUCED AND HOSTED EVENT
Conducted research on the history & science of fermented beverages and worked with the speakers to craft an informative talk complete with modern versions of ancient libations. Work entailed handling pre-production and live production.
Managed entire pre-production: set up & led meetings with the speakers & their teams; conducted content and image research, built rundown/show flow timed to serving of different beers; finalized all media assets, including music, videos & Powerpoint presentation.
INTEGRATED LIVE EVENT
Directed on-site tech director to integrate media into live event. Collaborated with location producer & event team to ensure smooth sailing, including run-throughs, getting places set and people seated, starting, ending and serving food & drinks on time.
