'ADOPT-A-SPECIES' MARKETING CAMPAIGN

Project was to raise awareness of and funds for the recovery of species that were on track for restoration. The multimedia campaign included a robust website complete with maps, photo galleries, audio, and descriptions of the species, an email campaign, and sharable content. The educational component provided information aimed at helping users learn about the species they could choose to "adopt" along with restoration success stories about how the animals and plants were making a comeback.

DIGITAL PRODUCER

Managed and led the creative efforts and teams of producers, graphic designers, GIS experts, web programmers on developing the multi-platform digital campaign.

EDITORIAL LEAD

Managed the editorial content. Researched, wrote and edited information on the species, the restoration plans, the species-related stories, helped locate imagery, worked with Cornell Lab of Ornithology to include bird call audio, and produced the site.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Liaised with the various stakeholders involved in the project, and coordinated the various teams involved in the site creation, including scientific experts, map makers, image researchers. Helped create project deliverables and timelines.
