After dumping highly toxic PCBs into the Hudson River, General Electric is undertaking the largest dredging project in U.S. history to rid the river of the toxins. Will it work? I spoke with an EPA project manager about the ins and outs of the ongoing project -- the process, the challenges, and why they think it just might work.
